I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for three years now, and I bring not only knowledge and experience but also a personal understanding of pain, stress, and the healing journey. Like many of my clients, I deal with chronic tension myself, which is why I’m passionate about creating a space where people can feel seen, supported, and truly cared for. My sessions blend therapeutic massage & Himalayan salt therapy to help restore balance in the body and mind. It’s a personalized approach grounded in connection and care. When I’m not in session, I’m usually with my horse, Whiskey. He keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of the importance of stillness, intuition, and presence—values I carry into every aspect of my work. At Salterra Wellness, it’s not just about massage.
