I ve been a licensed massage therapist for three years now, and I bring not only knowledge and experience but also a personal understanding of pain, stress, and the healing journey. Like many of my clients, I deal with chronic tension myself, which is why I m passionate about creating a space where people can feel seen, supported, and truly cared for. My sessions blend therapeutic massage & Himalayan salt therapy to help restore balance in the body and mind. It s a personalized approach grounded in connection and care. When I m not in session, I m usually with my horse, Whiskey. He keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of the importance of stillness, intuition, and presence values I carry into every aspect of my work. At Salterra Wellness, it s not just about massage.
